200 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
250 g brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 eggs (size M)
200 g flour
50 g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
150 g Baileys chocolate truffles
Preheat the oven to 175*C (top and bottom heat) and grease a square baking pan (about 24x24 cm).
Melt chocolate and butter in a small pot.
Mix eggs, sugar and salt until foamy. Now mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add the chocolate mix to the whipped eggs and sugar and mix until well combined. Now add the flour mix and keep mixing until you have a smooth batter.
Fill the batter into your pan.
Cut the truffles in halves and place onto your batter. Bake for about 35 minutes.
Cut the brownies into small squares and enjoy!
